NestSense unified heterogeneous BLE devices under one provisioning model, gateway stack, and ops console. We defined device profiles, secure pairing with rotatable credentials, firmware hooks, and a real-time control plane so operators could onboard dozens of SKUs without tribal knowledge. Hardware partners kept shipping variance; the platform absorbed it.
